MESSAGE OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE PERAK STATE COURT
Assalamualaikum WBT and Happy Greetings
Praise be to the Almighty for His blessings and permission, allowing me to dedicate a few words to all respected visitors of the Perak State Courts portal.
In line with the advancement of technology in the judicial field today, the Perak State Courts are not left behind in driving the vision and mission of the Malaysian Judiciary to become a credible judicial body grounded in technological progress by 2025, by optimizing the use of technology to enhance access to justice.
In realizing this vision and mission, this portal is provided as a platform to deliver information quickly, accurately, and securely, as well as to offer easy access for visitors to other judicial services such as e-Kehakiman, e-Lelong, e-Jamin, and the e-Filing System (EFS). This initiative is in line with the motto of the Office of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia, “Empowering Access to Justice.”
In addition, I call upon all members of the Perak State Courts to consistently uphold commendable values and strive to provide excellent service in meeting the needs of users, in order to achieve a judicial administration that is fair, transparent, and efficient.
Finally, I would like to express my appreciation and congratulations to everyone involved in developing the Perak State Courts portal. May all efforts and commitment be rewarded with the best of blessings.
